1 - Tasks: Off-field
- Welcoming the athletes at the hotel:

- Receive the athletes at the hotel and give them the key to the rooms as well as all the details relating to the competition.
- Transport the athletes to Geneva:
- Transport athletes from the hotel to the stadium and from the stadium to the hotel or directly to the airport.
- Installation of the event:
- Set up the equipment on and around the stadium to allow the meeting to run smoothly.
- Storage of the event:
- Storage of all equipment inherent to the meeting, at the end of it.
- Stand Sale of ATLETICAGENEVE articles:
- Supply the stand and offer items for sale.
- Anti Doping Control:
- Be present to listen to the directives of the anti-doping officer at the start of the event and then stay close to the athlete for whom one is responsible between the end of his competition and the moment he is taken in by the anti-doping officer.
Note: Knowledge of English or other languages is required and as this is a specific task, you may be asked to do another task first.

- Stadium security:
- Manage entry to the stadium for people (prohibit those who do not have accreditation and let those who do) pass.

2 - Tasks: Off-field in connection with the field

- Take care of all the connections in connection with the various connectivity that there is on the stadium. Do not register if you are not the sound manager of ATLETICAGENEVE.
- Bibs distribution to athletes:
- Check in the athletes and give them the bibs. Liaise with the office.
- Positioning of the athletes (Call Room):
- Tag the athletes and give them their place in the series or competition.
- Officials welcome:
- Welcome volunteers and give them their role.
- Material managers (AGA : Geneva Athletics Association):
- Give the material to the different juries.

3 - Tasks: Field
- Podium prize:

- Welcome the athletes before the podium ceremony and prepare the athletes for the podium.
- Prize giving to athletes:
- Give prizes to athletes when they are on the podiums.
- Responsible for young people taking care of the baskets:
- Manage the young people who will take care of the baskets where there are the athletes' belongings going from the place of departure to the place of arrival of the races.
- Referee judges:
- Make technical decisions relating to the smooth running of the meeting. Do not register if you are not a referee.
- Starter + Starter helper:
- Manage the athletes at the start and give the starts. Do not register if you are not a starter or a starter helper.

When and what are the areas in which we need the help of volunteers?
- Friday 21 June (main arrivals at the hotel Nash airport)
- At the hotel: reception of the athletes, room allocation, coordination with the hotel and the organisers, vouchers, bibs, transalations, general informations, etc.
- On the road: transports airport <-> hotel, hotel <-> track
- At the track: information desk / meeting point for athletes, practical informations, logistics, help with the installation and fitting of vaubans, signs, banners, etc.
- Saturday 22 June (competition day)
- At the hotel: coordination with the transports, room allocation for athletes arriving on Saturday morning, information desk, etc.
- On the road: transports hotel <-> track, track <-> airport
- At the track: Logistics, help the officials on the track, put up last banners, posters and signage on the track and stands, installations (hurdles), transport of athletes' tracksuits in the baskets, from start to finish, help in the office room (competition data management, dispatching of the competition / results sheets), VIP welcoming, badging and serving, winner ceeremonies, information desk / meeting point for athletes and media, entry filtering (badges) at the track, refreshment points on the track, etc.
